The Dingač vine growing region is situated on the southern slopes of the central part of the Pelješac peninsula.

Today in the Dingač area, there is over 761 204.47 m2 of vineyards.
Annually approximately 1550 hectolitres of wine is placed on the market.
The cultivated vineyards of the steep slopes of Dingač are a real monument to the effort and skill of generations of hard working tenants and agricultural workers.

The Pelješac vine growing region is characterized by the climate of the Adriatic which in itself is a special type of Mediterranean climate. The main features of this climate are warm, hot and dry summers and mild winters.

During the winter the region is subjected to northerly winds and in the vegetative season, the area is caressed by northeasterly (The Burin) and westerly (The Maestral) breezes.
